I cannot remember a time before knitting a time when yarn would not have been running through my fingers. What came first walking or knitting?

After many years of knitting through travelling and nursing and raising a family I have returned to pay full time attention to my love of yarn and writing and teaching. With 3 books on the shelves now from Wire Jewelry to Felt Style and the latest  book Quick Crochet,

I have been turning some attention to writing for knitting journals here in the UK and creating kits and patterns for many companies both here and in Australia and Europe.
I have just returned from teaching knitting onboard a cruise through the Baltic and to Russia which was great fun.
