Heel turns on the cashmere slouch reduce from 19 to 11 by wrapping and turning AND REDUCING EACH ROW by 1 stitch we then build back up again to 19 stitches on the needle by picking up the wrap with its stitch (knit the 2together) return to left needle continue the row .
